The Yards at Fort Rouge
The Yards at Fort Rouge will be Winnipeg’s first Transit Oriented Development (TOD) and involves the redevelopment of Fort Rouge Yards – a vacant Major Redevelopment Site located close to downtown. |
Downtown Transcona
Downtown Transcona – a Neighbourhood Mixed Use Centre – is undergoing transformation through a unique streetscape enhancement and business improvement project that uses a socially and environmentally sustainable design approach. |
Centennial Park
Centennial Park involves the redevelopment of a vacant railway in a Mature Community (Sir John Franklin – north River Heights) with bungalow condominiums organized around a public use pathway. |
