Downtown Transcona – a Neighbourhood Mixed Use Centre – is undergoing transformation through a unique streetscape enhancement and business improvement project that uses a socially and environmentally sustainable design approach.

Centennial Park involves the redevelopment of a vacant railway in a Mature Community (Sir John Franklin – north River Heights) with bungalow condominiums organized around a public use pathway.
