Winnipeggers are passionate about their city, but we’re often also busy with family, work and community activities. SpeakUpWinnipeg.com is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. If there’s a SpeakUpWinnipeg open house in your neighbourhood that you’re unable to attend, we will have all that information available here. If you have any questions, ask them here too.
